THEY RUINED MY 70TH BIRTHDAY FUNCTION!

I made a booking with Christa for 3rd May tp have10 persons attend a luncheon for my 70th Birthday. I was told that they did a buffet and I asked for the Menu &Wine list. I chose the buffet @ R195 pp. sent payment in advance R2000. I then chose the wines and asked that the first two drinks requested by my friends should be for my account Wines. Sent another R1000. The menu supplied was fantasic with beef, lamb, pork, steak a variety of vegetables, starters and desserts. I also stated that 6 of us were smokers and could we be accommodared. We arrived and I found that we were placed inside but smoking was outside. I had to have the tables moved. When we started to eat and went up for starters there was very little left for us and had to wait for the waiter getting fresh starters. Then the wines came -they were wrong. This was followed by a terrifie shock. we went up for our main courrse. Thechefs lifted the lids off th baine-maries. The vergetables ok but not fantastic in either choice or appearance. The last veg tray had only scraping left on sides. The meat lids revealed chick slices covered in tomato sauce, fish/heick white sauce/ & Boerewors! No lamb, pork or beef!
