Total disregard for a client

In |January 2013 I made an appointment with Dr Reddy at Medi - Sculpt and in the course of January and February 2013 I went for two treatments - with which I was fully satisfied. Then Dr Reddy recommended that I come for Mesotherapy for the problem I had. My appointment was booked three and a half months in advance. When I got to her office on time for my appointment I had to wait 45 minutes to see her. On entering her rooms she had no idea what treatment she was to perform on me! On informing her what she was supposed to do she said sorry she never ordered the injection material for my procedure. She told me that she would try and source it for me from one of her colleagues as it would take 4 to 6 weeks otherwise to obtain it for me. She also told her receptionist that she would get back to me the same day. Two days later and no word from her. I also am very disappointed in the way it was nothing to her that she had no idea that I was even coming for the procedure or that she was supposed to order anything ahead ot time to perform it. She also made me feel as though it was not important to her for such carelessness. I feel that this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
