Delay in responding to requests

I resigned from my company at the end of April. I have since submitted a request for my savings to be paid out. After a week, I had not received response from Discovery. I then called and I was adviced to sumit a letter for urgent withdrawal request which I did. Discovery responded after couple of days saying that I have given the incorrect medical aid number. Also they ask for information in pieces and this is delaying the process of paying out my savings. I got paid on the 22nd of each month and I am still waiting for my pension payouts to be finalised and I am concerned about my debit orders. Kindly assist in fast tracking this process. I will appreciate.
