EMERGENCY yet no alternatives?!

My mother suffers from a mental condition (manic depression), and for the past few months her dosage has been lowered without the families consent. My mother is now in an unstable condition because of this and we require immediate help as it is most likely to become worse, however the nurses at the clinic cannot treat her until Tuesday 21 May 2013. We requested this today 17 May 2013, and as a matter of urgency i would think that this could be attended to sooner. I understand an appointment needs to be made as it is procedure but can anyone please help?!
