Discovery - Dont Care At All!!!

Started in 2010 where my GP sent me to the specialist before we sat in my GP's, office and phoned discovery for a authentication number to go and see a specialist, and the guy told me that the payment will come out of my specialist fund and i don't need a authentication number i can go see the specialist and then after they told me i should have gotten one so i paid for the appointment out of my pocket.(R2000).. so i canceled my medical aid because i cant afford it anymore now they say there is R940 out standing and i have been handed over to ITC-BA. they did not even bother to phone me all i get is this sms that state " i must pay R940 or i be handed over with a ref please phone and a phone number". I don't have money to phone them and they have made no effort to contact me buy phone. i tried to speak to the consultants in the past but they are so arrogant and rude and don't care about anything except money. i would like to know how they can just hand me over to the ITC if none of them have ever spoken to me or even tried to make an arrangement - this is one of the reasons for canceling my medial aid.
