Absolutely atrocious non-existent service

This administration based company, does not respond to emails sent within a timely efficient manner.
Their poor service results in the cancellation of medical aids, and creates huge amounts of aggravation to their clients.
They seem to be interested in only taking your money and the rest is left to the birds!
Beware when doing business with them!

I am cancelling all business as a result of this pathetic service

o and yes, they are one of the companies that do not respond to these complaints- as clearly, client service is not a priority with them.
