Website is a blatant vs Actual

We planned our 1 year anniversery, a "romantic night or two away from home".

The below is contradiction between website and actual.

Queen size bed dressed with Egyptian cotton. - Bed is old, soft and collapsed. Double bed, not Queen. Fitted sheet was not the correct size for the mattress and kept coming off. Linen was old, mis-matched, not Egyptian cotton.
High-speed Internet access (Wireless) - Nothing picked up in the room
En-suite refreshments, Tea and Coffee - Cups were chipped, sugar was not refilled after the 1st evening.
Extra towels/bedding - No extra towels or bedding.
Complimentary toiletries - 2 small cakes of old used soap. Toilet paper ran out, no spare.
Clock radio or iPod docking station - No clock radio or iPod dock
Shower - Water stopped flowing erratically. Drainage on the shower was erratic, had to be turned off to avoid overflowing.
Electrical Hazards - No plugs worked. DB board kept tripping. I found burnt wires and wall socket under the bed indicating previous short circuits. Multiple extensions plugged into each other.
Toilet seat - Completely loose. Only 1 ply toilet paper for an establishment of this calibre is not acceptable
