Emperors Palace
Hurt on their premises but can't find help

I visited Emperor's on Sat & what drama. I was walking in the car park when I struck my head on the sharp edge of a steel bar that was secured to a light post. This bar was in a shady area and it was lower than head height. I cut my scalp open & just saw stars. Then I tried to get someone to help me. Firstly there was no one to ask for help from in the car park, then there was no one at the main entrance, then I asked a security guard at the security point & they said they don't understand what I'm saying, I then went to the Information counter & there was only one person at the far end working on same paperwork & he ignored me. No one helped me. I stood there bleeding but there was no one to help me. I then left and while walking back to the entrance I asked a slot machine technician if there was a manager I could speak to. He said no one was around but he'll get the paramedics to help me. Eventually they arrived and assisted me.
Not a very happy visit this weekend to Emperor's Palace for me. Very painful & very little help or concern.
