Due for chemo treatment and medcal aid suspended

In 2011 my husband passed away, 28 July 2011. Some doctor claimed for the day after he passed on. I informed the med aid about this, but to no avail. Now, almost 2 years after that, the medical aid is suspending my membership, because I'm being held responsible for this.

I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and I'm on the oncology program. My med aid is suspended, now I cannot go for my treatments due to someone's incompetence.
