No medical aid after 6 months

After submitting all the relevant documents more than 5 times at the officials requestI have applied for a Gems medical aid in December 2012 and was asked to cancel my old Medical Aid I am now 5 months into this unsuccessful process and without any Medical Aid cover. Someone do something and assist me urgently.
