Faulty furniture

I went to Bradlows Sutherland in Mthatha and bought 2 queen bedroom suite sets, 2 headboards, 3 dressing tables, and one coffee table in December 2025. I discovered they had factory faults. I went to the store in Mthatha Sutherland, and the manager there gave me a hard time, almost denying anything related to the faulty equipment despite the obvious photos presented to her. She ended up making an undertaking to bring new furniture to my house.

I have been waiting the whole of December until now, January 2026. I can't enjoy the beds or the dressing tables because I can't even assemble some of them due to how faulty they are. I have been going to the shop but still not getting any help. I am still waiting for the new deliveries and for them to fetch their faulty ones, but still nothing. I have been told the store has no new material.

I feel like I lost my money there. The service is so poor, it is even hurting.
