Supervisor being wrong infront of a customer with one of the cashiers

I'm very upset the way you're supervisor treated one of the staff members when i was in store in canal walk can u please send her for professional training and teach murals please thank u so much and I hope management will take this matter seriously i don't feel like entering store again cause the service from ur superior was not likable at all I don't knw where she gets her skill or training or experience from cause u don't work with people like that we all have problems at home but we can't bring it to our work place so please make time and train you're superior staff they seriously need training
