BAD SERVICE

We ordered 4 pizza's, one Margarita, one Regina and two Calzone Pizza's for take outs, drinks we asked for red cappuccino and water to drink there and two San Pellegrino Rosso's to take with.
We receive our bill, they charged us for 3 Marherita's and the red cappuccino. I went to the person assisting, explain this was not my order. He then gave me another order and said it was a delivery. I was speechless - asked to see my forms that I completed - after a few minutes he found it on the counter - never attended to it.
We sat, never received the water. At that stage my hubby got very irritated as we had a long day. At home, we realised that we did never received the drinks. Not worth going back for R60. My husband cut his Calzone Pizza - the egg in it was running - like in raw... white and yellow running between the pizza filling. Not like a medium egg - all was running like water. This was it. We phoned, they said they will deliver a new pizza, with the drinks. After a few minutes they phone back and asked us to confirm the address - my son asked the manager to read the address to us - he could not, they lost it. At the end of the day we told them to leave it - we will just never return due to this bad service.
