Inferior products

I would like to log a complaint about a specific product which was purchased in store at Cape Gate branch of Hi Fi Corp.

On my advice one of my clients purchased a Sunsui LifePad at Hi Fi Corp. on the 04/04/2013.
I had not spent fifteen minutes working with device before the screen cracked under my fingers and the touchscreen ceased to respond. I work with these types of devices daily and was not in anyway abusive or negligent with device when it was damaged causing me to believe that this device was either damaged before it was purchased or the product is of complete inferior quality.
My complaint is that when staff at HI FI Corp contacted Stylco they were completely unhelpful and offered no solution. They have not responded to any communication or offered any advice.
