Great service at this branch from William Mnguni

I have dealt with Skymark Electronics before and even then I was greatly impressed with the positive attitude and conduct of the branch's manager, William Mnguni.

With regard to this compliment, I was looking for a specialised (and expensive) Philips voice recorder and thus contacted Skymark Electronics at Northcliff Corner. William reverted back to me with a price, availability and a proforma invoice in record time. Even though he indicated a lead time of 1-2 days, I paid for and obtained my device the very next day!

Throughout, William called me back as and when promised! With each one of us experiencing - and being frustrated by - bad customer service incidents every day, this was truly the epitome of what EXCELLENT service is all about. Now, if only other companies would follow suit!

I sincerely hope that this message reaches Skymark's owners and/or management (Philips SA) because William Mnguni is a rare gem that deserves recognition accordingly!
