SAMSUNG GT-S7500 Cellular phone

My Cell Phone was attended to by the ONLINE CELLULAR in Port Elizabeth last year and now. I had loads of problems with Wave last year. Eventually when I was without a cell phone for almost 2 month Samsung has given me the GT 7500. I was skeptical about the model as it was very little known. well, guess what. It broke down, ten days later after giving it to the approved service, I am still without it. I was told that the pc board has a fault and they are waiting for the replacement from you. Today I have received SMS from you _quotHAPPY ABOUT OUR SERVICE? _quot
I am using my wife''s NOKIA cell phone and have to put up with all sort of remarks.
