AEG products are of poor quality

I have always bought AEG products in the past, but my recent 2 AEG purchases have been very disappointing and a costly and infuriating experience. The washing machine I have bought have been repaired 3 times, since I bought it.
I have also bought a AEG Lavatherm 1100 S/N 20064003427_018027017-04 which was still under warranty when it first broke. It has never worked for longer than 2 months at a time after the warranty expired even though I use it for less than 3 hours a week. I have paid repair costs to this tumble drier to the value of half the cost of a new tumble drier. I have emailed AEG to complain and has not even had acknowlegement of my email in 3 weeks. I want a replacement of this tumble drier and the company to service my washing machine free of charge.
