"Upgraded" Defy tumbledrier WORST I've ever owned

I bought a Defy tumble drier from Game in late 2012 to replace the same make and model I had owned (with no issues) prior, I was supplied with a machine with a faulty thermostat which overheated and melted things. To Game's credit they did replace said drier with an 'upgraded' model after a few HPeter complaints and technicians were unable to fix it. Unfortunately I am back, because this new drier was less of an upgrade and more of an issue than ever! This model (Autodry600Premium) a large pipe that must now be placed through a window or the hot air won't draw and the drier doesn't dry. This irritation was something I thought I would have to accept, until I later saw the newer model DOES NOT have this pipe! The MAJOR issue soon arose when I realised this model has a design flaw and CHEWS anything with a press stud, clasp or drawstring. They become stuck in a rim just inside the door and the studs are crushed or ripped clean off. The strings are pulled beyond repair. Normal collars are shredded. WHAT a terrible drier this is, I am SO sick of my clothes being ruined and a hot, dusty kitchen! I would love for Game to pls contact me regarding this because I am DONE with this drier now.
