Suspect it to be a sham company who my money

21/01/2013 I placed an order on line for a 3G repeater and on the same day my credit card was debited for R2, 449.00. There delivery policy promised a 3-5 days delivery period for which I paid R99.00. After no delivery by 31/01/2013 I tried to contact them by phone but the number was unavailable every time I tried. I then send them an E-Mail which was also not answered. I tried again on the Morning of 01/02/2013 and the phone was answered by somebody claiming that they are closed and I should call back on Monday. So it is clear to me that this is a phony company and I have just lost all my money.
