2 months ago I posted a complaint on hellopeter concerning my tablet, reference number 3101204287, and we also sent 2 emails to the ceo and he didn't get back to us, a consultant contacted us and confirmed that they sorting the problem out, and we have had no response for over a month, it seems like Samsung is not interested, one of the worst companies to deal with, not interested in small customers, I will not advise anyone to buy a Samsung product.
