I had made a purchase at the iStore Gateway on 02/04/2013 and subsequently wanted to return the purchase.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Julian at the Gateway branch, who was so patient with my query and referred me to Ashika Apavoo at their head office. Ashika made the enquiries on how the return process will be effected and promised to get back to me by midday.
Ashika did get back by midday as she had promised!! That kind of commitment and service in the customer service industry is indeed rare.
Kindly pass my compliments to these two wonderful individuals who made my interaction with iStore a pleasant one. Their customer service was AWESOME
