I bought 2 Billion routers about 8 months ago. 1 was a Billion 7402nx which was very expensive. Then bought the range extender 3100sn.
The router has broken and the range extender NEVER works. It is impossible to setup and is useless. I asked Nology to please exchange my router because I have lost my receipt after 8 months.
They refused and told me to go to where I bought it. They will not return without a receipt so Nology has me after spending R3000 on Billion products.
