Bad quoting & overcharging on a shoddy job!

Asked to quote on extending my modem range, installing a printer & neetening up wiring. They quoted a price. The job took a lot longer than quoted. The first technician said he does not normally do wiring. This was my first request. The first range extender did not work. The replaced it with a NEW modem & range extender. Discarding my old modem. I was invoiced same price for the hardware. The hardware was a lot more expensive than other suppliers. When enquiring I was told currier cost. Then warrentees etc. They only after written questions said they replaced my old modem because "its range was insufficient to reach the extender". I dispute this.
They said the installation took longer because of issues with my printer software & the drivers. It is a new printer for which they new the make & model at quotation stage. I had to ask before they aggreed to 1 hour extra labour. Why should I pay this at all.
They did do extra work. Cleaning up software & speading up 3 laptops. However, only after I saw the job taking way too long, was I told this would be extra charged. Again told I'm being charged way less than the hours it actually took.
