Pathetic delivery

I applied for an iPad contract about two weeks ago via MTN Clearwater. The contract has been approved as of last week Tuesday, but the MTN store is still waiting for deliveries from Apple.

It is unacceptable for me to be waiting so long to recieve my iPad. Please assist me in understanding why it is taking so long for deliveries to reach the stores. It has now reached a point of irritation.
