Poor service, incompetance

Electronics and household app.

The promise of 21 d delivery did not hold true when I was told to get by without a refrigerator for over 6w until they can find one. I had to speak to the 'newest' member (which basically means no training and immense incompetance) of staff and every time I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was in a meeting - must be the busiest person in the country being in a meeting for 3 consecutive days. (This story was also changed when I was told s/he went home early the day before, so?) I eventually cancelled and asked for my money back (which I thankfully received after another 2w of promises went by), but that did not compensate for all the time and money spend in trying to sort out this mess. Not to mention all the worry about whether I will get my money back - things started to look like one big to me at one point! Save yourself headaches and use an old-fashioned proper store. South Africa and online shopping cannot yet be relied on.
