I purchased an 8"AlphaPad from AT Innovations at which time Adeline was happy to answer any questions I had. In April 2012 the device refused to start and I retuned it to the company requesting a refund. I was then reminded of the refund policy and was told that a refund was not possible but, as the device was still under warranty it would be returned to the manufacturer for repairs. In an email dated 07/05/2012, Adeline advised that the charging pin was faulty and would be repaired. I have contacted Adeline on numerous occassions and was brushed off. I was today informed by her that she is no longer employed by the company and cannot assist. I have tried contacting AT Innovations but have been unsucessful.
