All i needed was a Quote

Wow, you try getting hold of iStore, its like calling Te_l__m. They play this awesome track (I want to hold your hand) - How IRONIC, but by the time someone answers the phone you want to cut your hand off as well as your ear.

All i wanted was a contact person form a branch that could send me a formal quote for a unit and i had to go through this. I thought it may be a store issue but tried another one and hello the same thing. When i asked for the store number, the lady on the phone said that they are way to busy and the call would get re-directed to them.

WOW, that busy please send me the details on how to open a branch!

I will now just continue to use the regular service providers that actually answer the phone - after you have gone through all the options within 5min

Later iStore - Just to think i have just purchased an ipad and iphone brand new - for this service!!! Lol should have done my homework better!!!

Only 2 years left on contrcat then moving to something more Galactic!
