TERRIBLE SERVICE

Electronics and household app.

I won a PVR & free installation. Made booking for the installation on 08 Feb &got ref nr &details of installer, Ganief Installations. On 11Feb installers contacted us &the people who called couldn't speak proper English. They also made several calls needing directions. After several calls my Mom told them not to bother coming, but they were persistent &finally found the house. While there, they were extremely unprofessional &unhelpful. Then she found out that they did not even know who Ganief Installations was &that they worked for someone else. My Mom then called Ganief &he told her not to worry that he had sent these people. The installation was completed, but my Mom was not satisfied. My Mom called Ganief &told him she was extremely upset with the installation &he assured her that he would come himself the next day. Ganief did not pitch. On 13 Feb I sent an email to Ellies via website with my complaint. I received no response. On 14 Feb, I called Ellies &spoke to a Debbie Lourens, who told me she would investigate the matter &come back to me asap. I have yet to hear from Debbie. I'm disgusted with Ellies' unprofessional attitude &their total disregard for customer satisfaction.
