WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING BAD ATTITUDE

Paid in excess of R4000 to get treadmill working (6 month guarantee), worked for 5 minutes before breaking again. Now our calls and sms's go unanswered. Also spoke to another expert and a lot of the parts they apparently 'replaced' are no longer available as the treadmill manufacturer went under, so probably just cleaned them and charged arm and a leg. I have also seen adverts that have almost exactly the same text for another company called 'Protech Treadmills', tried calling them, also no answer. I suspect they are the same people.
Also the one time he did arrange to come look at the treadmill, he just BS'ed us and made us wait the whole day (wasted an entire day on his excuses). Am busy consulting a lawyer friend about small claims procedure etc. DO NOT USE. Also there is a compliment on this site for them, not to say its definitely not legit, but its in all caps, same as there adverts on gumtree etc were, so you decide if you really want to take a chance based on a compliment from someone who apparently owns 15 gyms... laughable.
