Cannibalise treadmill and duck and dive

30 Nov 2012: Took motor, motherboard and control panel away after we paid R300. Estimated cost R500.00, turned out to be R2500.00, reduced to R2000.00 after we complained. Took one and a half months of unanswered phone calls, e-mails and broken promises.
18 Feb 2013; We sold the treadmill and the new owner complained that it was out of order and it reacted exactly in the same manner as before they worked on it. Not realising it was our treadmill, they started with R2500.00 again when the new owner approached them. After much bickering they promised to repair under guarantee. The last communication that we received was on 13 March, saying that they repaired the main control board and they are waiting to get a second hand monitor.(very much the same story as the first time when they fitted a different second hand monitor) Since then they ignored all phonecalls and e-mails.
