BAD ATTITUDE AND NO AIRCONS WAS INSTALL

I want to complain about STAR DELTA ELEKTRIES 58 FOSFAAT STREET POLOKWANE CELL: 082 448 9129 AND 072 436 3675

I am working for Westvaal Polokwane and I ask Steven to install 2 x Air-cons at our offices. Payment of R6843.11 was done in February 2013 NO AIR-CONS WAS DELIVERED / INSTALLED
Every time Stephan has a story that he is busy after making a few appointment he never Pitch with the Air-cons.

When I phone him he will not answer his Cellphone but when I phone him from my Private Phone or ask a College from my work he will answer the telephone

We decided to ask him to pay us the money back that we paid him for NO SERVICES THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO, ... STILL NO MONEY IN THE BANK OR NO AIR-CONS

He is absolute RUDE. ANGRY, MEAN AND HAS GOT NO CUSTOMER RELATION WITH PEOPLE.
We are waiting almost 3 weeks for the payment that he promise he will pay back
I phoned him today 28/02/2013 13H50 again from my Private phone and said that He will pay the money in today

Please we are not happy with this clients attitude and working conditions.
