Bad Customer Service

The short story - Sent in two printers to be repaired 3 times. Finally Samsung replaced the unit. After 2 weeks of use. The same faults appeared. I had to credit my client. I logged a call at the Customer Care Centre Samsung SA. After numerous phone calls, exculations, I get told, that practically they do not give credits only exchanges. What must I do with two printers that I will not sell, since they have bad track records... End of story. Samsung wins and consumer losses... total time frame to get to this point - 1 month
