Selling inferior quality and dangerous light fittings

Purchased a total of 39 vapour proof LED Double Tube holders for which 24 units were returned as they were not able to last more than 6 months with SA UV exposure before cracking and breaking. Been dealing with this issue for 3 months which Edison Lebone refuses to take responsibility for. Clearly these products are not designed for SA weather conditions and they should not even be sold in this country as the cracks in the light fittings are letting water penetrate and it is a no brainer that water and electricity don't mix! They can clearly see these products are complete garbage however they claim they need to 'take the matter up with their supplier' which we have had no dealings with as our contract exists with Edison Lebone (Pty) Ltd. and not "Their Supplier".
