On 30 January I too found Hopefield Ostrich Trading to be very professional with invoices etc. I received emails confirming payment and confirmation of despatch date for the feathers. Now 11 days later there are no feathers and no Edison. Hopefield Ostrich Trading is a!!!

Here is their email for proof

Dear client thank you for the proof of payment
i will submit the order now for processing
and i will let you know as soon as they are ready

it will take a maximum of 3 days for the feathers to be ready

it will be couriered via post office
