I have been a loyal customer of le-morgan and i am even a platinum customer, i bought electrical urn last year and i was told on le-morgan products i have lifetime guarantee, to my suprise, when i complained about electrical urn that it is not working properly, i was told by Emelda from le-morgan Johannesburg that i must pay R800.00, what happened to the life-time guarantee? i am very hurt and i will never buy again from le-morgan because they are lying to us...
