Once paid shipping details are provided but we were contacted just hours before the flight and informed that the container was not o spec and a temperature regulated one was needed. refundable deposit R3300 plus Rental R 200 paid to Global Pet Transport after frantic phone calls from them. Puppy did not arrive due to "scheduling issues" but would be delivered ext day. next day another Email from Global Pet Travel needed R5000 for insurance with R4850 refundable upon delivery. At that stage we cut our losses went to respective banks and police station. Kicker is Morgan mailed us asking to send photo of the puppy and that she was off to Mauritius.
