So you want to buy a Sony Vaio? Really?

Electronics and household app.

I have had my Sony Vaio for approximately 20 months now.
In that period it has crashed 5 times and had to be repaired.
Each time I lost a large portion of my information and of course had my production reduced to a minimum.
After the 4th time I contacted Sony themselves and spoke to a representative in the Vaio department explaining my predicament, I must admit in a less than jovial tone.
He initially was extremely helpful and made a plethora of promises which, surprise, surprise, he did not keep.
When it crashed for the 5th time I went above his head and managed to speak to a lady at head office who was really great, and tried everything she could to help. ( Unfortunately I am still trying to piece together my lost information, so I do not have her name at the moment)
She gave me the name of the person who was one of the people who is in charge of the Sony Vaio division in SA.
His attitude when I tried to speak to him was one of total arrogance and disinterest and telling me, I am paraphrasing here " that he really did not have the time to waste on my problems"
Well Sony, I and numerous other people, really do not have time to waste on your products again.
