Waiting for repairs - almost 2 months

I bought a Krups Combi Espresso machine from Boardsmans Tygervalley branch. After a few months (bought on 25 July 2013 and took it back early December 2013), the frother broke and I took it back as it still is under guarantee. They then told me that they can't refund/ or give me a new machine - it has to be fixed and they will give it to the Krups rep by the name Trudy. Up till today I still have not received my machine back and Trudy is not answering her phone. I've tried the Krups office 021 511 7044 and her cell 082 782 6271 with no joy! This is absolutely unacceptable and I request that Krups sort this issue out a.s.a.p.by either fixing this machine THIS week or I demand a new one.
