Bad Attitude from ITS-africa

I bought a Karcher machine for my car wash and after two days the horse pipe that connect to the machine kept on busting, i phone ITS-Africa which is the the distributor of Karcher equipment in JHB to send out a technician to come and have a look at the machine. On arrival at the Technician gave me a call to say he will connect four components to stop the leak, he said each component will cost R50, so i will need to pay R200.00. He did the work, after fitting the components he gave a call to say, the invoice amount is R400.00, this include a call out fee of R250.00 but because i was not aware of this he will give me a discount and will only charge me R150.00 call out fee.

i sent an email on Monday 04.02.2013 from ITS-africa to inform her that since i was not informed about this call out fee i will only pay for the parts a technician used, she insisted that she informs everyone of the call out fee but failed to prove me that she did inform me. She was extremely rude on the fone, she drop the fone while i was still busy talking to her, i would like to warn everyone not to deal with ITS, they promise free maintenance which is not true and hide their fees.
