ANSWER THE PHONES!!! BAD SERVICE!!!

I took my phone in for repairs last year because It suddenly stopped working, they had to replace the mother board. The phone came back but now the point where my headsets should go in is blocked and my headsets won't go in. That's not my main pain right now. The pain is I have been calling since 09h00. Its now 09h35 and nobody answers the phones. It rings aimlessly and it really gets on my nerves. Should there not be someone who is manning the switchboard to make sure it is answered. That is sooo irritating. Now on top of my phone being messed up I cant even get hold of the people who broke it to let them know. BIG TIME. I just want to cuss that's all. BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
