Audio Evolution
This place needs to evolve their customer service

Electronics and household app.

Booked an appointment a week in advance to have smash and grab done on my car. Arrived at time booked on the Saturday morning only to be told that they need to reschedule the appointment.
This, I was told because the staff required were not on site because they were seeing to another job on a fleet.

Clearly the fleet provides more cash in their pocket, so let's treat the general customer like dirt.
This is not a service issue, but a moral issue. Who on earth treats people this way?

Audio evolution staff clearly do not know how to use a phone to cancel appointments. The 'don't care' attitude you receive when you query why they treat people that way. It is like trying to reason with a bunch of school children.

The owner did not even have the backbone to speak to us directly. Nope, get your staff to relay your 'don't care attitude'. I feel sorry for her staff. Must be fun to have a boss who couldn't give a about people in general.

I see another complaint here about this horrible place. A blessing in disguise that they didn't touch my car.

Please people, stay away from this place. Absolutely useless. Their customer service and general attitude will be their downfall.
