Ster-Kinekor
Very improved

I usually had a ton of complaints regarding Rustenburg's Ster Kinekor, but for the past 5 movies I watched there, the place is a great treat to go to now. I could really see a huge improvement. Their sound quality is good, the staff is always friendly, the toilets are always neat, the cinema is always clean and the one thing I always complained about is also sorted. They now tell the people to go and sit on the right place. I always hated that when I had my seat booked, someone else was sitting there, but now there is no such thing.

They always respond to my reports with the greatest care and helped me at every step, especially Siya (the complex manager)
