Paid in full, still not working

Been completely stuffed around! (Installation Date 11 December 2013),

Paid in full yet still to have a fully functioning system, ended up paying an additional R500.00 to replace my fully functional SD PVR, I also now have had to have a plug point installed in my roof at my expense to power the SLX box that was installed., even after this it is still not working.

Was told that they would come back, I have been waiting since Wednesday 8 December and absolutely no feedback on numerous occasions.

I could go on but unfortunately I am limited to 1200 characters

Bottom line: All I want is my paid installation to work.
