It has taken 4 months to get a service done properly by MM All Elecdtronics on behalf of SAMSNUNG
I purchased the machine which is still under guarantee from Game from the excellent salesman Opupa.
He called them to come and service a problem. They mess you around with phone calls and sms's and think they own the planet. Zain came and declared that my glass door needed to be replaced. It never got replaced and I was never notified why! He eventually after 3 months returned to fix the machine. Really bad attitide and needed several phone calls and emails.
