No help at all

Electronics and household app.

Upon upgrading to my Galaxy phone I needed help in trying to import my contacts data base which had been stored in an Excel spread sheet. After two attempts from the help line, I was informed that it cannot be done even by using Kies. I had manually load each of my 680 contact one by one. Needless to say that was going to take too long. After contacting my local computer technician, he reconfigured my Excel file into an spb document and guess what, Kies could then read and upload in seconds.

On previous occasions on seeking help from the Samsung help line I had been impressed with the efficiency of the service. It now appears that the more intricate the designs of the phone the less the help line knows.
