Incompetency Abounds

Twice I have sent my Galaxy S4 to these people for repairs and both times they have fixed the issue and sent the phone back with other problems - despite including a comprehensive QC check in the package which is obviously not done correctly.

Both times I sent the phone for an ADH screen replacement. The first time they sent it back the technician had not reconnected the antenna correctly and this time I get it back and my data has been erased completely (after it was stipulated that the data not be erased as discussed when handing in the phone.) and my home button does not work at all.

This is truly shocking service. I will admit that they took it upon themselves to collect, repair and deliver the phone last time this happened, but only after I threw a fit. Let's see what happens this time.
