Deceptive marketing not discosing full price

I purchased 'LG 14pl Dishwasher White' on Friday, January 3, 2014 for R5, 199. After the fact and after I have already made the payment I was informed of an additional R250 courier charge which was mentioned nowhere during the ordering process or on the official invoice which clearly states that charges for Shipping and Handling are R0.
This is in clear violation of Chapter 2, part D, point 23 of Consumer Protection Act on 'Disclosure of price of goods and services' (pages 63 and 64). I have spoken first to the sales person and then to the branch manager at 012-548-5651 on Friday, January 3, 2014. Sales person informed me he could not do anything about that and then referred me to the branch manager.
Branch manager was dismissive of the protections afforded under the Consumer Protection Act. He kept referring to fine print in Terms & Conditions which is located on the website but mentioned nowhere during the ordering process. As mentioned before, the invoice clearly state R0 for Shipping and Handling charge.
