Bad attitude from istore technical consultant

I was very upset that I paid 12000 for a phone and all the features weren't working, naturally I was upset and even went to the store before work. The acting manager or assistant manager was very helpful and even really helped me, however when he told me to take my phone for a diagnostics report the assistant helping me was polite but the colored guy next to him was making remarks at me telling me to come back when I'm calmer cause he's calm and I'm unsettling him??? What the I'm a customer who spends 100 000 a year in the store and I just come back it suits him or when he finds my mood more amiable?

So off considering driving further and taking my business elsewhere
