My goes in for broken screen and now i can't make

I sent my phone in for a broken screen today and got it back with the phone in worse shape. I now have to drive back again after someone didn't repair it properly..

The screen was broken and then replaced... but in the process the entire phone is &^%^%&& up.. It doesn't even make a call.. What the
