Unprofessional does not keep their word

I called Dish Africa helpline 0719563785 for assistance with a Dstv signal problem. Brandon is the guy I spoke to, he promised that they will check out the problem and be at my house at 7pm. I gave him my address and cell number. When they didnt pitch at 7:30pm I called to check, Brandon said they still coming and will arrive at 8! It is now 2 hrs later from the initial timeslot and they still have not arrived. What an absolute waste of time and unprofessional service!
